In the summer of 2000, Paddy went into the studio for the first time without his brothers and sisters and recorded some demos on his own. After writing more songs for what was to become his first solo album, he continued producing demos with some musicians his brother Angelo had introduced him to. When he than finished the pre-production phase with the two producer/musicians Marco Minnemann (Aliens, H-Blockx, Paul Gilbert) and Fabio Trentini (Guano Apes, Donots) Paddy hit the studio with them and began the recordings in February 2001. produced & arranged by Paddy Kelly Marco Minnemann & Fabio Trentini mixed by Ronald Prent mastered by Bob Ludwig recorded by Britta Kühlmann recorded at Principal Studios (Germany) Studio Miraval (France) Galaxy Studios (Belgium) all music & lyrics by Paddy Kelly except track 8: trad. "Movie" is a song about the irony of fame. "Hope" and "Search for Truth" reflect on the soul-searching phase a few years back.
