Hailing from the burning South of Germany, Nme.mine (pronounced Enemy Mine) consist of ex-members of hardcore underdogs Brothers Justice (Prawda Records) and Silent Green. After a few years of playing on the same stages and at the same time, both bands being fed up with the self appointed scene police, ½ of both bands decided to hook up and start a completely new band, more focused on good song material without compromise, rather than just giving the kids what they expected to hear...
That day was the birth of Nme.mine... and they haven´t looked back since.
2003 | 2004 saw Nme.mine sharing stages with the likes of Millencollin, Turbonegro, Mad Sin, Koroded, Days in Grief and Thursday and an Opening slot at the Southside Festival, as well as signing with Cologne based indie label Eat The Beat Music and releasing their debut burner of an EP “ ... These Dreams Of Happy Endings”. The 8 Track EP, which quickly became an Underground success, brought Nme.mine to the forefront of the few bands that have the ability to not only compete with their German brethren, but also one of the few that can turn it up a notch and compete with International Acts.
After the departure of their second guitarist, Nme.mine went into the practice room as a four piece, to write songs for what would become their debut album “Life Without Water”.
