History: Originally intended as a recording project for Garey, Mike and Garey began collaborating to write and record some music that would demonstrate the jazz/fusion side of Garey's playing so he would have a tape for demos in Los Angeles. Garey never ended up in Los Angeles and as result Mike and Garey continued to collaborate and create a unique body of music. Originally joined by bassists, Paul Gabrielson, Ecstasy In Numbers, originally called GMW after Gabrielson, Mattingly and Williams, they released their first demo cassette tape called Discover. This demo featured four compositions: Lisa, Shades, Spellbound and Spy vs. Spy. After Paul left the trio, Ecstasy In Numbers was joined by bassist, Rob McQueen and later released a second demo tape that featured four new selecti.....
